It is an exciting time to join the Trust and make a real step change in our income from Individual Giving, Legacies and In Memory Giving. You will be responsible for reviewing the strategy, plan and leading the team to deliver growth over the next few years to increase our impact for people with cystic fibrosis. Experience in delivering successful Individual Giving Programs and campaigns is vital as part of the role will be operational in this area. Delivering exceptional supporter experience is a key pillar of our strategy and our Supporter Care team’s role is key to achieving this.
There is a big external entertainment opportunity which will raise awareness taking place during this time. This role will be key to maximise engagement and income from the public and to develop the supporter journeys for continued involvement with the Trust.
A team player with significant experience in securing significant income from individual giving, legacies and in memory giving. Proven experience in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing targets and budgets and motivating teams. You will be able to develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internal and external, negotiate effectively and able to problem solve and think strategically, in addition to a solid understanding of the fundraising regulatory environment.
